At every 7th post, Aryanne takes from being propaganda material and head back to the Reichstag from Government matters. 

So as Aryanne and her family is planning to remilitarise Rhinoville. Japanese imperalist Mitsuko (I swear that's like a common Anime girl name) volunteered.

Mitsuko wears a kimono, a traditional Japanese clothing used by usually women. Pink hair kinda resembles the cherry blossoms, meaning beauty and peace. 

I do caution you be wary about that red eyes and her smile. Something tells me that she is quite possessive when she sets her sights on you and reacts violently against competitors, especially female ones.
